The PlayStation Store in India began its Black Friday sale on 4 November, with discounts of up to 90 percent on selected games and a stated end date of 30 November. Digit and Cashify list matching rupee prices for the headline deals, which were live when they last updated their lists on 4 and 5 November.
What the sale covers
The sale spans thousands of games, expansions and add-ons for PS5, PS4 and PS VR2, according to Cashify. Digit quotes PlayStation's own post for the 4 November start and reports the sale running until 30 November. Cashify adds three dates that matter to shoppers: a refresh of the offers on 16 November, early deals expiring on 20 November, and the sale closing on 30 November. Those extra dates come from Cashify alone, so check the store for the exact timing of any deal you want.
Sony's global maximum discount is 75 percent, Cashify notes, but Indian players are reported to see up to 90 percent on a few titles. Both outlets show 90 percent off on Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy and Mortal Kombat 11. Neither outlet describes membership requirements or purchase limits, and neither could confirm terms beyond the prices. We could not read sale prices from the PlayStation Store page itself, which loaded without deal listings for us, so all figures below are as reported by the two outlets.
Prices both outlets list
The table shows rupee prices that appear in both the Digit and Cashify lists. Digit shows the discounts against each game's listed MRP, so the percentage is against that figure and not against any earlier sale price. Digit lists Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition as a PS4 listing, and prices can differ by platform and edition.
| Game | Sale price | Discount |
|---|---|---|
| Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy | Rs 299 | 90% |
| Mortal Kombat 11 | Rs 499 | 90% |
| Resident Evil 4 | Rs 624 | 75% |
| Hogwarts Legacy Digital Deluxe | Rs 794 | 85% |
| GTA Online (PS5) | Rs 834 | 50% |
| Cyberpunk 2077 | Rs 1,199 | 60% |
| Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition | Rs 1,539 | 80% |
| Grand Theft Auto V | Rs 1,664 | 50% |
| WWE 2K26 Standard Edition | Rs 1,999 | 60% |
| Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Digital Deluxe | Rs 2,239 | 60% |
Digit's list gives the MRP for several of these games, which shows how deep the cuts run. Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is listed at Rs 299 against Rs 2,999. Resident Evil 4 is Rs 624 against Rs 2,499, Hogwarts Legacy Digital Deluxe is Rs 794 against Rs 5,299, and Cyberpunk 2077 is Rs 1,199 against Rs 2,999. Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition is Rs 1,539 against Rs 7,699, and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Digital Deluxe is Rs 2,239 against Rs 5,599.
Sony's own games
First-party deals are shallower. Digit says God of War and God of War Ragnarok are half price, and Cashify lists Ragnarok at Rs 2,499. Cashify also lists Death Stranding 2 at Rs 3,099, 38 percent off, and Marvel's Wolverine Digital Deluxe Edition at Rs 4,311, only 23 percent off. Those three prices come from Cashify alone. Digit separately lists TEKKEN 8 Advanced Edition at 45 percent off and says several Assassin's Creed titles are discounted by up to 75 percent.
The pattern is typical for big sales. Older third-party games take the steepest cuts, while recent first-party releases stay near full price. Wolverine launched on 15 September, so a 23 percent cut is modest, and it is still a premium edition at a premium price.
Buying advice
Check the edition before you pay, because a low price on a Standard edition is not the same as a deal on a Deluxe bundle. Cashify says the sale refreshes on 16 November, which may bring new offers, so a game you want that is not discounted today could drop later. Early deals end on 20 November, according to Cashify, so anything listed as an early deal should be bought before then if you want it. Prices on the store can change, and the figures here are the ones the two outlets published, not a guarantee of what your own store page shows today.
What to watch next
Watch the 16 November refresh for new discounts and for any change to the early deals, and check the PlayStation Store deals page for the final list. PS5 console price cuts at Amazon India and Flipkart are a separate matter, and we have not verified any live console discount in India today.
