AI policy

We use AI tools in our work and want to be open about how.

What AI helps with

Research: summarising announcements, spec sheets and long documents.
Drafting: producing first drafts, headlines and outlines.
Housekeeping: formatting, spec tables and tidying copy.

What an editor always does

A human editor reviews every article before it is published, checks facts and prices against primary sources, and is responsible for what appears under the byline. AI output is never published without that review.

What we don't do

We don't present AI-generated images as real product photos.
We don't invent quotes, test results, ratings or hands-on impressions.
